Planning permission is sought by Tempside Limited for proposed amendments to granted Strategic Housing Development, An Coimisiún Pleanála case reference: TA06F.310350 at Charlestown Place, St. Margaret's Road, Charlestown, Co. Dublin.
The proposed amendments will consist of change of use from a health / medical centre (Unit B01) and office suite (Unit B02) to retail use, all at the ground floor level of building Block B.
Permission is also sought for amalgamating Units B01 & B02 into one amalgamated retail unit (circa 610 sqm), and part change of use of this amalgamated retail unit to ancillary off licence sales (circa 31.22 sqm).
